When trust breaks, consequences follow: reputations fracture, exposure escalates, and resilience is tested. My work restores and advances trust by embedding control, accountability, and resilience into complex environments.
I lead organisations out of cyber risk, regulatory scrutiny, and uncertainty, restoring control and enabling decisions that hold up under pressure.
By combining executive judgement, technical depth, and legal insight, I cut through complexity to stabilise high-risk situations, secure critical systems, and protect sensitive data. Controls must not only function under scrutiny but also remain practical, proportionate, and durable at scale.
Alongside contributions to bodies such as NIST, the EDPB, and the IAPP, I work across organisations to address systemic risk, regulatory pressure, and enterprise exposure. I also speak across Europe and in closed settings on cybersecurity, data protection, AI, and legal accountability.
Resilience is not a framework. It’s the ability to act decisively under pressure, challenge weak assumptions, face uncomfortable truths, and restore control. I drive change with clarity and conviction, converting intent into clear risk ownership, disciplined execution, and defensible decisions.
Sustained trust requires foresight, precision, and the courage to confront what others avoid before it silently erodes trust. I step in and operate where most hesitate: turning silence into dialogue, uncertainty into action, and risk into strength.
